Sleep problems constitute a global issue that threatens health and quality of life for up to 45% of the world’s population.1
Covid-19 magnified how the sleep schedules around the world have been altered, with hybrid work model and digital media connectivity giving rise to sleep woes.
- Nearly 2 in 3 people of Asia Pacific reported that that ability to sleep well
has been affected by the pandemic with more than a third reported that
they had difficulties falling asleep2
- A year since the start of COVID-19, stress has been cited as a common
reason for poor sleep.2
- 78% of respondent in Asia Pacific admitted using their phone before sleep
which has led them to fall asleep later than they would like to.2
- A recent Sleep survey supported by P&G Health revealed that only 15% of
Indians get good sleep3
, while in Philippines, 80% of Filipinos reported
having occasional sleeplessness.
